Did you watch it all the way through? There's disappointment at seeing a bunch of boats in the harbor, excitement at seeing an empty cove, & dropping anchor after racing out of the cove. Plus, a little more of him heading up the channel, and a slightly longer run to the beach with his imaginary friends.
